A famille rose armorial tankard
of cylindrical form with entwined strap handle, painted and gilt with a central crest surmounted by a stork's head holding a serpent above the motto 'Crux Christi nostra corona' on a ground of scattered flower sprays beneath a chain pattern border -- 4¾in. (12cms) high, Qianlong, (small chips to footrim, enamels of motto rubbed).
