A famille rose turquoise ground composite four-piece garniture
comprising a pair of oblong octagonal baluster vases and covers and a pear of flattened quatrefoil pear shaped vases, the vases and covers with pierced guei dragons handles and Buddhistic lion finials, all moulded and painted and gilt with shaped panels of families at leisure before pavilions and on terraces overlooking mountainous river landscapes, on turquoise stippled grounds further reserved with scattered sprays of flowers -- the vases and covers 13½in. (34.2cm.) high, Qianlong, (some restoration).
