the magazines, 1938, the french edition, no. 2 complete, no.3 complete with six woodcuts (three printed in colours) by Wassily Kandinsky, no. 4 incomplete, with seven lino-cuts and two screenprints by Henri Matisse, Henri Laurens, Joan Miro, Hans Arp, Giorgio de Chirico, Ossip Zadkine, Max Bill and Marcel Duchamp, the magazines stapled, soiled with waterstaining and lightstaining along the edges, worn, the prints by Kandinsky in very good condition apart from minor soiling in the margins and some faint foxing showing on the reverse of the sheets, the other prints generally in very good condition, the prints by Miro and Zadkine worn along the outer edges and detached from the staples with related small defects
