Each inlaid with amaranth geometric lines to the front and banded to the top and front in kingwood, the rectangular top above two short and four long graduated cedar-lined drawers with panelled fronts, the locks stamped 'BY ROYAL LETTERS PATENT' below the Royal arms 'H & C FOUR LEVERS SAFETY LOCK HANDMADE', one chest stamped 'HOLLAND & SONS MOUNT ST. LONDON', the other inscribed in pencil 'Gibbinson'
45 in. (114 cm.) high; one: 38¾ in. (98 cm.) wide; the other 38½ in. (97.5 cm.) wide; 22 in. (55.5 cm.) deep (2)
