A rare James I Scottish trefid spoon,
very similar to the proceeding lot, with a slightly different shaped terminal scratched "A.H. E.S." on the reverse, repaired, the repairs concealing the town mark and date letter, by Alexander Reid, Edinburgh, circa 1687, assay masters mark of John Borthwick - 19.75cm long, 1.25oz.
