of squat baluster form, on cast foliate and scroll feet, the sides engraved with scrolls and cross-hatching, with leaf-capped scroll handles, the milk jug and two-handled sugar bowl gilt-lined, the teapot with flower finial, by W.R.Smiley, 1851/54, the teapot - 18cm high, 44.5oz.
