The moulded rectangular red and grey fossil marble top above a trelliswork frieze with a pierced apron of scrolling foliage centred by a ribbon-tied martial trophy, the sides centred by shells and flanked by scrolling foliage on leaf-wrapped cabriole legs headed by scrolls joined by a conforming X-framed stretcher centred by a patera, on block feet, regilt, with traces of earlier gilding, inscribed to underside of marble top 'M. Bissey', top of frame with nail holes, possibly previously but not originally with wooden top
