etching, circa 1651, on laid paper, second state (of seven), a lightly printed impression, watermark Anchor in Circle and Star (Mannocci 9), trimmed within the platemark but retaining a blank fillet of paper outside the borderline, a short line of surface dirt at the upper right corner, some time-staining and discolouration, a soft diagonal crease at the upper left, a small stain verso showing through to the sky at left, tape at the left reverse sheet edge
