lithograph printed in eight colours, 1898, on MBM laid paper, a very fine impression, the colours fresh, signed in the stone only, aside from the edition of 200, (there was also an edition of 100 in black, 50 in sanguine and 50 in bistre), the full sheet as published, with margins, a few tiny foxmarks, very pale discolouration at the sheet edges, otherwise in good condition, framed

Whilst Stella indicates that the edition of 200 includes both impressions in eight colours and those in eleven colours, Johnson implies that those printed in eight colours are trial proofs. Consistent with impressions in eight colours, this impression is before the addition of the second signature stone at the bottom left
