aquatint, 1953, on Arches, second (final) state, a fine impression, signed in pen and black ink, numbered 32/50 in pencil (there were also about fifteen signed artist's proofs in this state), printed by Lacourière, published by L. Leiris, Paris, 1954, with margins, trimmed slightly unevenly on three sides, a waterstain at the right sheet corners and one or two small waterspots on or just below the stroke of the signature, some mount and light-staining, a small area of surface skinning at the upper margin corners, a few scattered foxmarks in the margins and on the reverse, framed
