A Dutch mahogany bureau bookcase, late 18th/early 19th century
the moulded cornice above a pair of glazed doors enclosing two shelves and two drawers between stop-fluted quarter column angles, the sloping fall with a fitted interior of pigeon holes and drawers and four further graduated drawers below between conforming angles raised on block feet with spandrels -- 45½in. (118cm.) wide
