An ivory okimono of a man with a cockatoo
carved and pierced holding the bird with long flowing feathers and wearing decorated robes, on an oval base -- 4in. (10.1cm.) high; and a lacquer shrine with two hinged doors with decorated brass hinges, the gilt interior with a standing deity on an elaborate throne -- 5¼in. (13.3cm.) high, 19th century, (minor wear).
