A pair of Chinese red lacquer rectangular panels
based on the Red Cliff poem by Su Tung-Po, carved with figures in a boat beaneath rockwork and pine, the other with figures among rockwork, bamboo and on a pavilion terrace, within hardwood frames -- 8½in. (21.6cm) high, 18th Century, (minor old damages).
