the oval plate decorated with flowering irises, with gilt angular motifs around the mimi -- 3in. (7.6cm.) diam; and a tsuba, the plate decorated with a ferocious coiled dragon -- 2¾in. (7.3cm.) diam, the second tsuba signed, 19th Century, (minor wear).
