The pedimented cornice with central tablet and urn finials above a pair of geometrically-glazed doors enclosing three adjustable shelves, the lower section with a secretaire-drawer enclosing a fitted interior with drawers and pigeon-holes and a green-leather lined writing-surface, above three drawers, on splayed bracket feet, with remains of two depository labels to the reverse inscribed in pencil 'Mr. Anso...', the handles original, the pediment above the cornice partially replaced and the urns of later date
