Liquid-gold initials, paragraph marks and line-filler painted on alternate pink and blue ground by a contemporary hand, yellow capital strokes, ruled in red. (Occasional light stain, a few borders shaved, small erasure on A5v, A7v, B1v, M1v and S2v replaced in pen-and-ink.) 20th-century brown morocco, spine lettered in gilt, vellum endleaves, gilt edges, signed by Lloyd and Wallis (spine lightly faded).
