3 parts in one volume, 2° (313 x 198mm). Folding engraved portrait of Maria Theresa. (A few repairs in folds of portrait, somewhat browned and spotted.) Contemporary Austrian red morocco BOUND FOR THE DEDICATEE, MARIE THERESA, QUEEN OF BOHEMIA AND HUNGARY with her arms on upper cover and arms of Hungary on lower cover, spine ornately gilt in compartments, gilt edges gauffered at spine ends. Provenance: Maria Theresa, Queen of Bohemia and Hungary (1717-1780, binding); [sale Sotheby's 28 June 1921, lot 180, £20 to Quaritch]. Second edition.
