Collation: A-D4.6 (A1r title with woodcut within 3-part border, A1v woodcut within border, A2r text, D6v colophon, Pynson device [McKerrow 3b, with 'white blotch' between legs of R]). 20 leaves only. (Short marginal tear in first leaf repaired, a few minor stains.) 19th-century red morocco, triple gilt fillet around sides, Greek-key tool on turn-ins, blue endpapers, gilt edges, by C. Kalthoeber, with his label on front flyleaf. Provenance: John Towneley (armorial bookplate); Henry Hucks Gibbs, 1st Lord Aldenham (bookplate, purchase inscription dated 1890); Frederick Perkins of Chipstead Place, Kent (armorial bookplate).
