Half title in volume one, engraved plates, EXTRA-ILLUSTRATED with c.70 views and portraits, some hand-coloured, many mounted and inlaid to size. Brown morocco gilt by Bayntun (Rivière), spines gilt in compartments, covers and spines with a gilt-ruled geometric border, gilt edges.
