In the Louis XVI style, each with curved tapering panel backs with rope-twist and beaded borders and channelled frames with foliate and flowerhead ornament, on foliate uprights below, having circular caned panel seats and gilt guilloche carved seat-rails, on stop fluted foliate tapering legs headed with paterae terminating in spool feet, with gaitered splayed back legs (12)
