in original box, front inscribed Coupe UEFA, reverse inscribed UEFA, the above medal was given to John Blankenstein who was the referee in one of the two matches between Borussia Dortmund and Juventus. The first Borussia Dortmund vs Juventus ended in 1-3, the second (19th May 1993) Juventus vs Dortmund led by John Blankenstein ended in 3-0.
