With strongly belled three-stage brass barrel, the engraved breech section octagonal then polygonal, associated flat Irish lock by P. Whitney (of Cork), figured walnut full stock (bruised, chipped, and repaired) carved with a shell in relief behind the barrel tang, lightly engraved brass mounts, and horn-tipped ramrod (some wear throughout)
