A 20-Bore Flintlock Holster Pistol
Second/third quarter of 18th Century
With slightly belled barrel, flat lock signed 'J. Farmer' (cock a working replacement), figured walnut full stock with raised apron behind the barrel tang (fore-end repaired and partly replaced, some old worm holes), brass mounts, shaped brass escutcheon, later iron belt hook of service type, and associated iron ramrod, Birmingham (?) proof marks (iron parts with some wear and pitting)
