With rebrowned swamped octagonal sighted barrel (fore-sight replaced), the top flat with refreshed address, engraved tang incorporating the back-sight, signed bevelled lock with stepped tail, safety-catch, raised pan, and large roller, figured walnut full stock (minor bruising and repairs), chequered butt, engraved iron mounts including trigger-guard with pineapple finial, large silver escutcheon, and later horn-tipped ramrod (iron parts with scattered areas of pitting), Tower private proof marks
