With flat plate with integral wheel-cover masked by two applied domed iron plates retained by screws, the outer plate pierced with scrolls, sliding pan-cover with flat-headed release button in the form of a bearded profile head, swivelling safety-catch, and engraved details on the inner and outer side (cock probably associated)
