Three drawings by Urlaub were exhibited at the Heim Gallery, London and elsewhere, German Baroque Drawings, 1975, nos. 104-7, illustrated. Urlaub studied in Würzburg and Vienna and came to work in Venice with Giovanni Battista Tiepolo in 1747.
