The rectangular moulded cornice above a shallow frieze and two panelled doors, enclosing a fitted interior with seventeen compartments and two slides and to the sides with two brass-handles, above a lower section with a moulded rim above two panelled doors with one shelf, and with conforming handles to the sides, on bracket feet with wooden castors, one shelf to the lower section lacking
