by the Batenin Factory, St. Peterburg, circa 1825
Decorated with playing cards, the cup gilt-ground, on spreading foot, the curved handle with scroll and mask terminals, the saucer blue decorated ground within gilt border (rubbing to gilt), marked with impressed Cyrillic initials SZKB under base of saucer
the saucer 5¾in. (14.5cm.) diam.
