Circular, the centre painted with an old gypsy-woman reading the palm of a elegantly dressed young woman in stylized landscape, signed in Cyrillic 'Maria Lebedeva', the border painted with the Soviet slogan 'Life without work is thievery', with black rim, marked on base
9½in. (24.2cm.) diam.
