A US ARTILLERY OFFICER'S SWORD WITH COUNTER-GUARD ABOUT 1830
The straight fullered blade with etched embellishments, gilt brass eagle pommel hilt with large counter-guard cast with the image of the American Eagle, checkered bone grip plates, brass two ring sheath with decorations.
31 inch blade
Blade stained overall, sheath with denting.
