A Japanese cloisonne tray
of square shape, decorated in various coloured enamels with two cockerels and another bird on a light blue ground, within a green border decorated with geometric motifs, the reverse with a central roundel with flower spray and butterfly, surronded by scrolling foliage within a fish-scale border -- 10¾in. (27.4cm.) wide, signature to front right corner, 19th Century, (enamel losses).
