of flattened ovoid shape, the carved overlay forming archaistic vessels of different shapes, and elongated vessels forming handles to the narrow sides -- 2½in. (6.3cm.) high; a red overlay opaque white glass bottle, the overlay carved forming archaic motifs, stopper -- 3in. (7.4cm.) high; and another red overlay glass bottle with stopper -- 2¾in. (7cm.) high; a red overlay opaque yellow glass snuff bottle of rounded form, carved with flowering branches and lion-mask fixed-ring handles -- 2½in. (6.4cm.) high; an inside painted red overlay bottle, stopper -- 2¾in. (7cm.) high; and another bottle of small size, with green and white overlay -- 1½in. (3.9cm.) high; a cloisonne snuff bottle of baluster form, decorated all over with flowers and foliage, stopper -- 2½in.
