with red and black lacquered hilt and scabbard decorated with foliate designs, kozuka, and choji hamon blade -- the blade 7in. (18cm.) long, signed Masamune, 19th Century; and a small cloisonne tanto, decorated in coloured enamels with stylised flowerheads on a black ground, metal mounts -- 8¾in. (22.3cm.) long, 19th Century, (old wear and damages).
