The shaded fox-red field with delicate scrolling tendrils issuing palmettes and flowerheads around a central ivory cusped medallion with palmette pendants containing a variety of palmettes issuing floral and leafy vine around a fox-red floral centrepiece, the ice-blue cusped spandrels similar, an ivory floral panel at each end, in a shaded ivory border of palmettes and serrated leaf and floral vine between multiple similar stripes, plain outer fox-red stripes
