The shaded blue field with an overall design of meandering vine issuing diagonal rows of sunburst palmettes alternating with stylised rose motifs surrounded by delicate floral motifs, in a broad ivory border of palmettes and boteh linked by scrolling flowerhead and leafy vine between mustard-yellow, light blue and raspberry-red floral vines stripes, outer plain blackcurrant-red stripe
