This firman concerns the annexation of Qain Tabas and other areas of Khorassan to the state from the control of Najaf Quli Khan Shanlu, who has been ordered to hand over the land immediately and withdraw from the area. He is further advised to find shelter in his winter quarters. It is issued under the seal of Abbas I, engraved in the year AH 996/1587 AD.
