Each of rectangular form, one showing Shirin bathing with Prince Khosraw approaching on horseback, the other with a courting couple in a landscape, both with the figures and details in relief against a cobalt-blue ground, a band of gul-o-bulbul running along the top of each tile, both in wooden Syrian frames with floral decoration and inlaid bone star-motifs
