Finely modeled in mirror image, each standing in a playful position with front paw raised over a bouncing beribboned ball, each with open mouth, protruding articulated eyes, flared nostrils and wagging tail, the body and head green-glazed with a wang character enameled in black on the forehead, the mane, tail and curls pricked-out in aubergine, yellow and black enamels, one plinth decorated in a geometric pattern with white flowers, the other with overlapping lilypads between yellow-glazed seams
