Worked in satin stitch with six floral roundels centered by a single lotus blossom and surrounded by further flowers, bat and scrolling vines, with further floral sprays arranged throughout against a dark blue ground above a lishui stripe, the sleeve bands with floral sprays on a pale blue ground, all picked out in shades of blue, pink, green, cream and yellow
