Of hexagonal tapering cylindrical form with domed top, two of the sides with an arched opening along their adjoining edge, each of the side panels pierced with a fine lattice around a central cusped roundel engraved with floral motifs, a similar quatrefoil above and below, inscription panels similarly executed running above and below, six trefoil panels surmounting the leading edges and flanking the upper section, the domed top with a central inscription band between applied arabesque interlace roundels, turned balulster finial with ball and ring knop for suspension, surface rubbed, base replaced
