The canted rectangular white-veined marble top, above a frieze drawer and fall-front enclosing a large pigeon hole above two pigeon holes and a small pigeon hole flanked by six short drawers, above a gilt-tooled black leather-lined writing surface and two half-veneered doors, enclosing a shelf above a divided shelf, flanked by cross-veneered canted angles, the sides similarly-decorated, on bracket legs, bearing a printed label inscribed LE GARDE MEUBLE PUBLIC/18, Rue St Augustin/44147/REDEL & Cie., remounted
