Based in Beverly Hills, California, Barbara Lockhart has been acknowledged as one of America's preeminent architectural interior designers. She has designed private residences and commercial projects worldwide and has won widespread recognition for her work, most notably being the first-ever designer to recieve a Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Society of Interior Design (ASID). Widely published, Ms. Lockhart has also recieved the National S M Hexter award for the most outstanding interior designer in America and has been honored by the city of Beverly Hills with a first-place award for exterior and interior design.
