One indistinctly stamped JACOB, Circa 1780, variations to carving
Each with square padded back, arms and padded seat upholstered in floral cream damask silk, with leaf tip-carved molded frame, the arched crest rail flanked by acanthus finials above downswept and Greek key scrolled arms on acanthus headed supports, the bowed seat above tapering turned stop-fluted legs headed by panelled patera, minor variations to carving, one with a seat cushion, one with a label with ink inscription Chambre a Couche and the black chalk inscription 55742
