A PAIR OF LOUIS XV STYLE ORMOLU THREE-BRANCH WALL-LIGHTS
In the form of a long-tailed parrot its wings spread, seated on a scrolled, acanthus-sheathed, bead-and-chain-decorated branch terminating in a flowerhead drip-pan surmounted by a rocaille-sheathed urnform bobèche, surmounted by two staggerred branches of similar design, the lower with reeded drip-pan and urn-form bobèche with rosette-and-chain-decorated belly and leaf-tip-decorated lip, the upper with lobate drip pan the underside with scrolled edge and rocaille and bead-and-chain decoration, surmounted by a leaf and reeded rocaille-sheathed bobèche, drilled for electricity
