Apparently unmarked, former Dutch East Indies, late 18th/early 19th Century
On four later paw feet, the spreading plinth supporting the two-handled body, with applied pierced foliate lockplate and four flower-heads, the hinged cover decorated with a navette-shaped silver-gilt foliate plaque, four flower-heads and four silver bird-shaped nails, gilt ornaments later
