Late 18th Century
Crossbanded and inlaid overall with featherbanded and boxwood lines, the canted rectangular top with a simulated dentilled raised border, above a frieze drawer and a hinged fall-front centred by a scallop within an oval, with a green baize-lined writing-surface to the reverse, enclosing a part-fitted interior with three open compartments, above a tambour shutter and four small drawers inlaid with vases and drapery, above a pair of doors inlaid conformingly, enclosing a plain interior with one shelf, on square tapering legs, restorations
