A pair of Sonneberg papier mâché-headed dolls
with painted features, green and blue eyes, painted black hair, dressed in shells, probably French, circa 1830 --13in. (33cm.) high, the man slightly taller, with a small whole in his mouth (man's feet missing, women's head cracked, some damage to shells)
