with flesh tone and black hair moulded flat at the sides and swept into a bun at the nape, the jointed wooden body with china limbs, the right hand formed into a fist, the foot with painted red slipper, wearing contemporary eau du Nil frock and petticoat -- 6½in. (16cm.) high, German, circa 1850 (right foot missing)
