Meiji Period (late 19th Century), with signature Nakagawa Kyusei Joeki zo kanreki kore (made by Nakagawa Joeki IX, age 60)
Cast as Hotei's treasure bag finished with a red patina and decorated with the attributes of the Seven Household Gods hammered and chiselled and inlaid in gold, silver, copper and shakudo
