Meiji-Taisho Period (early 20th Century), first with signature Kozan
The first modelled as a stand of orchids supported by the roots; the second cast in silver as a branch of mandarin oranges, the fruits gilt
6½in. (16.5cm.) high; 6¼in. (15.8cm.) long
First with wood box inscribed Nanryo ran Heian Kozan saku (orchids made by Kozan of Kyoto) and sealed Kozan saku (2)
